1. Rental Agreement

By renting a carpet cleaner from us, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Rental periods are defined as the number of days the equipment is rented.
All rentals require a valid form of identification and a security deposit.
Payment must be made at the time of rental unless prior arrangements have been made.

2. Eligibility

Customers must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid government-issued ID.
Have a current address within the service area.

3. Equipment Usage

To ensure the proper functioning of our carpet cleaners, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Usage Instructions: Follow the user manual provided with the equipment.
Prohibited Uses: Do not use the carpet cleaner for purposes other than intended, such as cleaning upholstery or rugs not adhered to floor surfaces.

3.1. Operating Restrictions

The carpet cleaner should only be operated by individuals who are trained or familiar with its use. Unauthorized or improper use may result in equipment damage or personal injury.

4. Damage and Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. This includes:

Physical damage such as dents, scratches, or broken parts.
Mechanical failures resulting from misuse or negligence.
Loss or theft of the equipment.

In the event of damage, the customer agrees to cover the repair or replacement costs as determined by our company.

5. Deposit and Payment

A security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good condition.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional fees based on the number of extra rental days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their rental up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds: Deposits are refundable provided the equipment is returned undamaged.
Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their rental subject to availability.

7. Pickup and Return

Customers are responsible for the timely pickup and return of the equipment.

Pickup: Equipment must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location.
Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, along with all accessories and documentation.

8. Support and Assistance

We offer support to assist customers with any issues during the rental period:

Technical Support: Available during business hours to help with operational problems.
Replacement: In case of equipment failure, we will provide a replacement subject to availability.

9. Privacy Policy

13. Termination

Upon termination, the customer must return the equipment immediately and may forfeit the security deposit.
