1. Rental Agreement

- Rental periods are defined as the number of days the equipment is rented.
- All rentals require a valid form of identification and a security deposit.
- Payment must be made at the time of rental unless prior arrangements have been made.
2. Eligibility
Customers must meet the following eligibility criteria:

- Have a current address within the service area.
3. Equipment Usage
To ensure the proper functioning of our carpet cleaners, please adhere to the following guidelines:

4. Damage and Liability

5. Deposit and Payment

- Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional fees based on the number of extra rental days.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their rental up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Deposits are refundable provided the equipment is returned undamaged.
- Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their rental subject to availability.
7. Pickup and Return
Customers are responsible for the timely pickup and return of the equipment.

- Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, along with all accessories and documentation.
8. Support and Assistance
